Past Charms: Fashion and Style in Glengarry
Exhibit runs until the 5th of August,showcasing Victorian mourning clothes, wedding gowns, pieces from Isabel Carello's collection, photographs by Duncan Donovan and many more pieces from our collection.

August 7, 8, 9 - Williamstown Fair Photography Exhibit
The museum will be displaying the art and photography that has been entered to be judged at the Williamstown Fair. Admission to the rest of the museum is also free during this weekend.

Landmarks of Glengarry Photography Competition
The exhibit will run from August 19th - October 13th and will feature stunning photographs of Glengarry Landmarks by local photographers. All ages are encouraged to enter the competition. The deadline for entries is August 16th. The maximum dimensions for the photo are 8x12 inches, mounted on an area no larger than 11x14 inches. The entry fee is $2 per picture, and prizes will be awarded. Call the museum for more details!

Tuesday, August 18th Annual Wine and Cheese Fundraiser
This is the major fundraiser for the Museum, and has been hailed as "the social event of Williamstown". Tickets can be reserved or bought at the door for 25$ each. Fine cheeses, wine and conversation are all on the menu.

The Nor'Westers and Loyalist Museum will once again be participating in the province-wide Doors Open Weekend. Doors Open weekend, September 5th to 6th, will feature free admission to the entire museum, including our "Landmarks of Glengarry" photography display.

Once again, The Nor'Westers and Loyalist Museum will also participate in the Apples and Art Tour, on September 26th and 27th. In addition to its permanent exhibits, the museum will feature its "Landmarks of Glengarry" photography exhibit, as well as quilts and Swedish weaving pieces.
